How do I initiate an exchange or return?

We want your [vrsn] sneakers to feel just right. If you need a different size or fit, or if something’s not working out, we’ve made returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.

Once the request has been lodged, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your return label and send this in a separate email.

Please note: Items must be in good-as-new condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. If a return doesn’t meet these requirements, we may decline it, and the item will not be sent back to you.
