Will my order arrive by Christmas?

Order in-stock pairs by Thursday 3 December and they'll arrive before Christmas; orders placed after that arrive after Christmas. In-stock pairs ship out within 1-2 business days, then delivery usually takes about 5-9 business days.

Pre-order pairs ship on the date shown on the product page, separately from the rest of your order.

Which [vrsn] is right for me?

The Relief Clog: an adjustable strap and breathable knit, for errands and longer walks. Beige or Brown.

Suede Relief Clog: strapless, in vegan suede, for slipping on and off. Tan or Black.

The Pain Relief Sneaker 2.1: a wide toe box sneaker for all-day walking. Navy, White, Beige or All Black.

All three come with our Relief insole, and each has an Ortho insole upgrade if your feet need more support.

What is your return policy?

Try them for 100 days. If you don’t feel the relief, send them back for a full refund. We just ask that they are returned in good condition!

Can I use my own orthotics?

In the sneaker, yes. The insole lifts out, though the fit depends on how thick your orthotic is.

In the clogs, no: only our own insoles fit. Every pair comes with the Relief Insole, and if you need more support, the Ortho Insole swaps in.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order and your shoes are in stock, we’ll get it processed within 1-2 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes about 5-9 business days, but it can vary depending on your location and customs.

If you order an in-stock item and a pre-sale item together, they ship separately. You’ll get a tracking email for each shipment.
