What should I do if my order is incorrect?

  1. Double-check your order confirmation to make sure the color and size match what you received.

  2. Reach out to us at hello@vrsn.co, and include your order number plus a photo of the shoe/s and the size tag inside.

We’ll sort it out ASAP and make sure you get exactly what you ordered. Mistakes happen, but we’re here to make them right!
