How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we receive your return, we’ll do a quick quality check within 5 business days. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund if you requested a refund or send your new pair if you requested for an exchange (we’ve got the shipping covered).

  • For refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for your funds to reflect back into your account.
  • For exchange, it could take up to 15 business days for your shoes to arrive once this has shipped.

Please note that if the shoes aren’t in "good-as-new" condition or the original packaging is missing, we won’t be able to process the exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we also won’t be able to return the product to you.
