Do you have a product warranty?

Yes. We stand behind how our shoes are made. Every pair of [vrsn] shoes comes with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects.

If something goes wrong due to how the shoe was constructed, including stitching issues, sole separation, or material defects, we will replace your pair at no cost. This warranty exists for one reason. We do not cut corners, and we take responsibility for what we build.

If you experience an issue, please send us an email at hello@vrsn.co with a description of the problem and clear photos. Our team will review it and take care of you.

Please note, this warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. Quality is not optional. We stand behind it.
