What are your processing and shipping times?

Once you place your order and your shoes are in stock, we’ll get it processed within 1-3 business days (up to 5 business days during holidays or sales)

• If you place an order on pre-sale, your shoes will ship out once they're available. We usually indicate an estimate on when your shoes will restock.
• If you order an in-stock item and a pre-sale item together, they ship separately: the in-stock item ships within 1-2 business days, and the pre-sale item ships once it’s available. You’ll get a tracking email for each shipment.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes about 15 business days, but it can vary depending on your location and customs.

Don’t worry! We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can stay updated on its progress.
