100-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have up to 100 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your [vrsn] shoes. Items must be in good-as-new condition and returned in their original packaging.

Shoe accessories and insoles (including comfort insoles, cork rollers, wash bags, and foot care products) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


  1. Please note: Items must be in good-as-new condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. If a return doesn’t meet these requirements, we may decline it, and the item will not be sent back to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@vrsn.co.
