What if my item is out of stock or on backorder? 

Right now, our out-of-stock items are on pre-order as indicated on the product page and on your order confirmation. We usually indicate an estimate on when your shoes will restock and if you have made the purchase, this will automatically ship out once available.

If you purchase multiple items (eg. one is out-of-stock and purchased on pre-sale), all of your items will ship out together once the out-of-stock item is available.
