When will my order ship, and how do I track it? 

Once you place your order and your shoes are in stock, we’ll get it processed within 1-3 business days.

If you place an order on pre-sale, your shoes will ship out once they're available. We usually indicate an estimate on when your shoes will restock.

If you purchase multiple items (eg. one is out-of-stock and purchased on pre-sale), all of your items will ship out together once the out-of-stock item is available.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes about 15 business days, but it can vary depending on your location and customs.
