How do the elastic laces work, and can I adjust or tie them?

The sneaker has elastic, no-tie laces that you can tighten or loosen to adjust the fit, so there's no bow to tie.

To loosen them, you can pull onto both sides of the elastic and hold for 30 seconds or so. It doesn't completely unstretch it, but it makes it much less tight. Repeat until comfortable. Please keep in mind however that it can't be undone.

While our elastic laces are not made to be removed, we have had customers choose to cut the laces and replace them with real laces cause they enjoy the shoe but not the slip in. But again, once that's done, no exchanges or returns are allowed.
