Who pays for return shipping? 

Return shipping is free for US orders.

Each pair comes with a complimentary shipping label. If you ever decide to return your pair and exchange them, the first return is on us. However, if you decide the second pair still isn't working for you, you may need to cover the return shipping cost.

We’re happy to accept returns from international orders though please note that return shipping cost, and any customs fees or duties, are covered by the customer. The 100-day window and good, unworn condition requirement would still apply as well.
